Ariel and I just went live for 2 hours and talked about the "Science of Change" and the "Science of Scaling."

Ariel is COO and President of an organization that did $13M this past year.

Their founder set a goal to 10x to $108M within the next 3 years at the beginning of September, 2025.

Here’s the thing: what got them to $13M in revenue won’t get them to $108M. There is an internal transformation their leadership must go through to do that.

Cultural catalysts™ must become the change they want to see which requires radical self- honesty and a willingness to let go of themselves and surrender themselves to something greater.

This conversation shows true transformational leadership. Leading with transparency. Leading with integrity. The courage to do hard things, say hard things, and admit the things we don’t admit. By changing the consciousness or the resonance of the leader, it creates systemic change that ripples through their team, their clients, their industry, and the culture itself. Which is why she’s so beautifully modeling being a cultural catalyst.

After working through her own resistance to the 10x goal in real-time during our conversation, Ariel had this breakthrough:

"I think the thing for me that clicked in this whole conversation is overlaying permission to not change as being a mental habit hack to get to the brain state in which we are in autonomy and choicefulness. Because choicefulness ultimately is where we actually change reality."

Ariel is modeling scaling in a way that takes the struggle out of it—the grind, the white knuckling it, as she talked about. We actually get to let that struggle go and make scaling effortless when we approach change from the root cause, which is consciousness itself.

It requires great courage to show this level of transparency and determination to live and lead consciously.

Thank you, Ariel. This was so fun and I look forward to having more conversations with you!
