What if grind culture is officially out of style?
Today's cutting-edge leaders aren't creating through force and push. They are allowing their visions to draw them forward into new ideas and actions. It's possible to create a new culture from enjoyment and ease, and it's actually required of us. Our culture has been created primarily from force. The declaration of independence was founded on a dream, but it's core message of freedom and happiness has been lost and diluted. The faster and faster lifestyle of the US's major cities and our mainstream companies has given birth to the phrase "Work hard, play hard." AND it doesn't have to be this way.
We are here to do this a new way and make this the norm. Allowing the vision to become reality one step at a time and allowing yourself and your team to celebrate the progress and savor the wins.
Our Vision
We see the Cultural Catalyst Movement as having the potential to radically shift our culture through every industry. By creating a regenerative business or organization that truly serves the whole, your individual impact - from your teams, your partnerships, products and services, and the norms you're creating - has a ripple effect.
The way that change occurs from the organizational level is that resonant leadership (ie. your leadership) creates positive social contagion upward into a community and even a national level (think of Apple's impact on the whole culture) AND it also moves down to families, couples, and the individuals in your organization & the people they impact. Together we are creating systems and norms that benefit everyone.
Our personal contribution is through the Cultural Catalyst Network (of course) and our Regenerative Foundation. This mission of this foundation is to bring nature, humanity, and technology into harmony through land conservation and regenerative projects.
