She left corporate America in 2016 after sudden job loss. What followed was a thirty-six day water fast that rewired her relationship to reality and her life's purpose. She spent the last decade integrating that experience to develop the self-mastery required to answer her calling and lifework.

She was accepted into what's considered the most innovative university in the world with her first impossible goal and thesis, built on Dr. David Hawkins' research in Power Versus Force. Her desire to be a bridge, like Hawkins was for her, led her to Dr. Richard Boyatzis, the researcher behind Intentional Change Theory, who validated the thesis. That process introduced her to Dr. Benjamin Hardy, author of The Science of Scaling, who reviewed her work and  advised her to focus on that book above his others. After applying the scaling science, she realized the research already existed, deferred grad school and combined these bodies of work into what she calls the Cultural Catalyst System. 

Her foundation in Hawkins' work helped her identify the gap in Hardy's scaling framework. Hardy says a leader has to become a pro at letting go to scale exponentially, 10x or more in 3 years or less. The framework tells you what to let go of. It doesn't tell you how.

Jaclyn has spent 7 years  mastering that mechanism through Hawkins' work on Letting Go. Her work is often described as priceless, all-pervasive, and pushes the boundaries of what's possible, beyond the limitations of imagination. Combined with scaling science, she calls it "surrender with precision."
