You've been holding quite the vision! And bringing it into reality can be a rollercoaster of a journey. You've been iterating, making mistakes and learning from them again and again. This entrepreneur journey is full of non-stop learnings and bumps in the road.
This is where councils come in. These are comrades on your path, paving their own way in their industries. This is where we gather to ask the "silly" questions, brainstorm new solutions outside the box, and share accumulated wisdom (so others don't need to make the same mistakes).
As the leader of your business, you hold the vision, the culture, and the standard. When it comes to pioneering change, trailblazing, and innovating, you do it from devotion, passion, and alignment.
When we bring leaders into a room together, it actually makes your initiatives more sustainable, and far more likely to succeed (hello Intentional Change Theory! More about this later).
If you're curious come join us!

This is for the leaders who dare to do things differently.
You are 100% committed to your moonshot goal- that is driving every action you take and every decision you make.
You are a capable, competent leader, devoted to a higher cause and the culture you are here to create.
Integrity is your baseline and love is your yard stick.
You produce results with your team, are resourced, and are actively shaping culture, and want to have more fun doing it.
You have been shaped through years of real practice, have results that are tangible, and embody wisdom that was earned.
You are a Cultural Catalyst.
Not as aspiration but through choice.
"They helped me question whether what I was doing actually matched the scale I was aiming for."
"My aim is to reach a billion people in three years with The Art of Intimacy. What I got out of the council was them really hearing my vision — and then challenging me to think about whether the things I was doing matched that scale. That helped me refocus my time and energy.
The format was different from anything I'd been in — nobody positioned themselves as the expert. It was peer-to-peer, so I could be honest instead of performing. When someone is 'the expert,' they usually haven't taken the time to hear everything I've already tried. In this room, I could speak without having to prove anything.
The biggest shift for me was the question they kept coming back to: 'Who's on your team?' That's changed how I operate — I used to think I'd have to convince my existing team to join this bigger mission. Now I know that business can stay what it is, and I need to go build a new team with the scale and skills to actually get me there."

"The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do."
This Council is designed to create resonance which is created by 3 elements:
We are innovating, creating new cultural norms, redesigning new and existing structures, and actively catalyzing culture through collectively pursuing moonshot goals devoted to a higher cause.
We respect and empathize with each other. We have similar levels of competence and capacity. Every person in the room has value to give and receive from everyone else.
We practice taking radical responsibility for ourselves, our lives, and the impact we are here to make. We value reflection, open-mindedness, and radical acceptance. We are centered in mindfulness and activate each other positively through shared hope, integrity, and play.
We're applying the research to create the life-giving conditions for exponential, not incremental, cultural change that sticks.

60+ years of research on how sustained, desired change actually happens - from the individual, to the team, to the organization, to the community, to global processes.

Breakthrough science in consciousness shows the calibrated consciousness of a leader determines the quality and scope of the change they create.

The science of how to create exponential, not incremental impact. Hardy's research created the first systematic way to achieve seemingly impossible goals in 3 years or less.

Co-founder of the Cultural Catalyst Network, the first infrastructure built for societal-level change, connecting powerful leaders across organizations and communities to sustain the cultural change none of them could create alone.
The councils were born out of the need to discuss everything we were building and the major blindspots we overcame along the way! Peers are literally the fuel to keep going!
Investment is a sliding scale $22-55. Location at a private residence in Boulder, CO.
Held every three weeks on Wednesdays evenings 7pm- 9:30pm.
This council is intimate by design.
Who's in the room is curated with precision, by level of leadership, competence, and consciousness.
Willingness to look at yourself honestly, take responsibility, and hold others in high regard is required. Your ability to give feedback with another's ideal self in mind, and to receive it, is essential here.
