Wow, the Cultural Catalyst Network has momentum and has been officially born.
A year ago I was introduced to Dr. Richard Boyatzis and Dr. Benjamin Hardy and had the chance to share my thesis connecting consciousness to systemic change, and that led to the birthing of what we now call the Cultural Catalyst Network.
Literally laying in a field of aspens surrounded by close friends, it landed: the missing infrastructure to create cultural change is a network.
And it was laying in plain sight.
No, this isn't theory or woo. This is science. The Network is built on nearly 60 years of change research that has answered the question of how change really happens — from the individual, to the organization, to the community, all the way up to the country and global processes.
We're not guessing. We're applying the science Boyatzis spent 60 years compiling and launching it into the world at a time when the old systems, old ways of doing things, and old ways of being are outdated — and we're giving it a new name.
A Cultural Catalyst.
And what's so cool is that we have the space for everyone's unique version of what it means to them, and it's welcome. Because that shared vision of what a new culture could look like is actually the mechanism and the fuel for what makes it happen.
If you're just meeting me for the first time — welcome.
My name is Jaclyn and I am the co-founder and CEO of the Cultural Catalyst Network.
It has been designed for you to self-recognize, and part of what's necessary in creating a new culture is literally new language.
It starts with Cultural Catalyst.
You are either in or you're not, and all is welcome here.
Now is the beginning of a movement.
From a place of integrity, wholeness, and whole-servingness.
That's what it means to be a Cultural Catalyst.
We are the change we want to see in this world. And that change starts with you.
